The Berlin Brothersvalley School District Foundation is a non-profit educational improvement organization dedicated to the advancement of education. The BBSD Foundation works under the financial management of the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies, which is also a non-profit public foundation primarily serving Bedford, Cambria and Somerset counties.

The purpose of the foundation is to develop, promote, and finance educational programs, scholarships, activities, and projects for the Berlin Brothersvalley School District. The foundation is operated by an independent Board of Directors consisting of alumni who are representative of the community and school.
