The NCAA Eligibility Center is an essential step in qualifying to play college sports.
If you are planning to play NCAA college sports and receive a scholarship at the DI or DII level, you will need to register and be cleared by the NCAA. The Eligibility Center is the organization within the NCAA that determines the academic eligibility and amateur status for all NCAA DI and DII athletes.
The NCAA must receive an official transcript before your certification can be reviewed. For a brief tutorial on how to register with NCAA and order transcripts, click here.
The NCAA Clearinghouse link to register is provided below as well as some valuable reference guides detailing requirements for both divisions.
