Dear Students, Parents, Faculty, and Staff,

The 2022-2023 school year offers opportunities for success for all our students. We continue to promote academics, arts, and athletics as our priorities for a well-rounded education. “The mission of the Berlin Brothersvalley School District is to prepare students for the future by challenging their desire to learn and creating an environment that nurtures their diversity of talents”. Student success in the Berlin Brothersvalley School District is truly the measure of whether the educational mission will develop character, ethics, environmental awareness and work habits necessary to be responsible, productive citizens with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a global society.

We believe that education is a lifelong process which must involve the student, family, and staff in order to attain excellence in all areas. We believe that an informed and involved community is vital to the strength, growth and improvement of the school system. We believe that rigor in all curricular, as well as extracurricular endeavors, is critical in attaining world class status in our highly competitive global society. We believe that our students must be effective communicators, independent learners, motivated critical thinkers and innovators. Our Berlin Brothersvalley learning community reflects the school district vision: “Educational Excellence, Community Engagement, Student Success”.

We pledge to engage in a continuous improvement process which strengthens curriculum, instructional methodology and assessment. This will take cooperation and understanding as we navigate through another year which may bring new sets of challenges. We will continue to prepare all students to be college and/or career ready and possess the 21st Century skills necessary to thrive in a complex and connected world.
