Degrees and Certifications:
I started teaching at Berlin Brothersvalley School District in the fall of 2001. I obtained my bachelor's of science degree in Education of Persons with Hearing Impairment from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After employment at BBSD, I decided to further my education with a master's degree in Education of Exceptional Persons from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am also deemed by Pennsylvania Department of Education as a highly qualified teacher of middle level language arts and middle level mathematics. I am also only nine credits away from a second masters as a reading specialist.
Due to my versatile degrees, I have held various teaching positions in the school district. I currently work as seventh and eighth grade learning support, 5th grade mathematics, and hearing impaired support.
