2026-2027 School Year

Goal 1: Trust and Communication Building

By June 30, 2027, the District Superintendent will build trust through transparent, consistent, and collaborative communication with staff, students, families, board members, and community stakeholders to grow confidence in district leadership.

Goal 2: Community Presence and Partnerships

By June 30, 2027, the District Superintendent will show visibility and community engagement by maintaining an active presence throughout the district and building strong partnerships with local businesses, industry leaders, civic organizations, and state and congressional representatives to support district growth and opportunities.

Goal 3: Stakeholder Feedback and Climate Analysis

By June 30, 2027, the District Superintendent will conduct stakeholder and employee assessments through surveys, listening sessions, and feedback opportunities to better understand district strengths, concerns, culture, and priorities in order to guide future planning and improvement efforts.

Goal 4: Facilities and Infrastructure Evaluation

By June 30, 2027, the District Superintendent will assess facilities, grounds, and technology infrastructure by evaluating district operations, safety, maintenance, and technology systems to identify sustainability needs and communicate improvement recommendations to the Board of Education.

Goal 5: Fiscal Responsibility and Resource Alignment

By June 30, 2027, the District Superintendent will evaluate the district’s financial health and resource allocation by reviewing budget practices and fiscal priorities to support responsible decision-making that strengthens curriculum, instruction, assessment, organizational effectiveness, and professional development opportunities.
